MEASUREMENT: The fabric width is 1” narrower than the total roller width due to brackets at both ends. For an inside mount, the window frame should have a minimum depth of 2”, resulting in a tiny light gap on each side. To avoid this gap, consider an outside mount. For outside mounting, the shade should be 4” - 6” wider than the window frame, and the length should be at least 2” longer than the window for better coverage.
