Measurement Guide: For inside mounting of cell blackout blinds, a minimum window frame depth of 2" is required. The width of the blackout shades should be 1/4" less than the window width, while the length should be 2 inches longer than the window length. For outside mounting, the roller blinds should be 4 inches wider and longer than the window for better coverage.
